<br />
Hope you had a nice weekend. I attended a wedding on Saturday. I need more time to get used to updating my blog. So, in the meantime, please bear with me. <br />
<br />
Sunday was a relaxed day and in the afternoon I baked a cake...<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-UwyS9VP8Rt4/TfW9GLZjo9I/AAAAAAAAAB8/5W5vaE2QPoE/s1600/12062011076.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="179" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-UwyS9VP8Rt4/TfW9GLZjo9I/AAAAAAAAAB8/5W5vaE2QPoE/s320/12062011076.jpg" width="320" /></a></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-1JcDruz0Y00/TfW9npOkgyI/AAAAAAAAACA/c4sjtNvtOoM/s1600/12062011075.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="203" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-1JcDruz0Y00/TfW9npOkgyI/AAAAAAAAACA/c4sjtNvtOoM/s320/12062011075.jpg" width="320" /></a></div><br />
This is a Microwave baked vanilla cake with orange juice and zest and bits of macadamia nuts. This was baked in a Tupperware Jel Ring mould. I shared some of it with my colleagues at the office.
